Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is successfully received. Orders are subject to verification and quality checks prior to shipment.

Once your order has been processed, it will be transferred to our fulfillment partner for dispatch.


Shipping Timeframes

Shipping time refers to the time it takes for your order to travel from our fulfillment center to the delivery destination. Shipping times do not include processing time.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, and Northern Mariana Islands)

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
  • Free Shipping: 7–10 business days

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 9–12 business days

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 10–14 business days

United Kingdom, Germany, France

  • Standard Shipping: 9–12 business days

Other International Destinations

(Switzerland, Denmark, Ireland, New Zealand, Italy, Spain [excluding Baleares, Las Palmas, Santa Cruz], Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal)

  • Standard Shipping: 15–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are provided in business days. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak shipping periods.


Tracking Information

 

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment confirmation.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Sales@OfficiallyPleasured.com.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.

 

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges.

 

For certain European Union destinations, applicable VAT rates may be applied in accordance with local regulations.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, Officially Pleasured LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
