Due to the intimate and sanitary nature of our products, all sales are final once delivered. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Sales@OfficiallyPleasured.com with your order number and supporting photos or video so we can review the issue.
If an issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are issued only when a replacement or alternative resolution is not possible.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Refused or abandoned shipments
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
